A strong focus of the firm is the preparation of Living Trusts and Wills for families and individuals.   It is my goal to help you plan for the future by preparing an estate plan that will provide for your and your family with a smooth transition  for you and your heirs.  By using a Trust we can take care of you and your spouse in your golden years, and provide for your children and grandchildren the way you envision and can control.  the idea is to establish and orderly way to pass your assets on to your spouse, and then children and grandchildren with the costs, time and publicity of probate court.

Real Estate is another major aspect of my practice. It includes buying and selling personal and commercial properties, tax-free 1031 exchanges , commercial borrowings and lease negotiation and preparation.
